So i have gone to more number of hospitals/labs but they don't have RT-PCR Test facility and all the hospitals are very crowd. When i was travelled on to one State in India my RT PCR Report 48 hours has expired and I have produce RT-PCR Report to another Indian state Airport Arrival Point. In one country i need RT-PCR report means I have to go to Hospital or Labs to get RT-PCR test in that country and it is very difficult and not safe to go Hospital/Labs since coronavirus is passing to others. At the home country we have taken RT-PCR test before travel that will be getting invalid after 48 hours. When I proceeding to travel 3 to 4 countries I have to produce the RT-PCR Report in each country arrival point. Presently every country requires to produce RT-PCR test taken not later than 48 hours on Arrival. I am a Multi country Traveler and also Multi City Traveler. I trusted and used multiple times but now I will make my own bookings as I do not trust any more unless I am given reason to trust you again I have been using on and off last ten years quite satisfactorily but I find this badly handled last two days Please resolve and ensure I am not charged cancellation fees as the fault is entirely that of I hold entirely responsible for this mess. I received a call at midnight from hotel asking whether I am checking in or not. I was told that I would be charged 5000+ as cancellation and hotel was not accepting waiver of cancellation fee. No response till 4:40 pm when I called and spoke to a Lady customer service lady with same request. Customer service person (Kenneth A?) assured me he had cancelled and will speak to hotel about waiving cancellation charges.
